Very random and unorganised process. No relevant questions and a lot of chaos. No clarity on what they are expecting and what the role would be. Slow process and lots of delay.

Initial screen call and then video call with sales manager, face to face with sales manager and then separate face to face with CEO. Strung out over 3 months.
Disappointing process, very obviously kept as a ‘plan b’ . Which is all fine. But zero feedback after several rounds, isn’t professional - even when discussed with recruiter. I’d be sure to ask how many recent clients have been closed in the last 12 months, if engaged in a sales position.
