Interview via video with President and another employee. President condescending. In order to proceed with consideration, you have to do a certain amount of work and lend content to their website. I believe they are using the interview process to drum up more active users.

Question 1
Questions over familiarity with local business and comfort level in writing.
Phone interview + skills assessment, comprised of examples of past social media campaigns, and creating examples of post I'd create for them based on prompts. I spent several hours over the weekend on this skills assessment only to never receive a response from them until I inquired and received an automated email.

Interview
The interview process was straightforward. The first interview was a 20-minute screening. Got invited to the second 30-minute interview via google hangouts. Then got invited to the third interview with their CEO. This interview was also 30 minutes and was okay - a bit rushed towards the ending. After this interview, I was sent a skills assessment test that was due the following week. Bummed that after three interviews and the skills assessment, I was finally told I didn't get the job despite going through an intense process. Sort of felt like a waste of time as an applicant.
