Fresh Start Advocates interview questions

Responded to a job ad and received an email back letting me know they had already hired for that position. A month or two later, the manager emailed me again to see if I was still interested, and he scheduled a phone interview with me. The face-to-face interview was one in-person meeting, which ended with a job offer.
