Total 4 rounds. Two face-to-face in their Bangalore office. Next two, video share/telephonic. Face to Face There was a very long wait time (around 6 hours) before I was called. The interviewers were nice and courteous. Each round lasted close to 1 hour. Telephonic Each round lasted 1 hour. Again the interviews didn't start on time. I had to remind the HR to remind the interview panel regarding my appointment. There was long gap (at least a week) with no communication from the HR between each rounds. The last round (coding), I couldn't give 100% correct answers and guessed I may not qualify. The interviewer however liked my personality and approach. After constant follow ups with the HR, finally came to know that I didn't make it. They didn't let me know the final result at least by a text message. The recruiter who was in constant touch till final round, completely ignored me as if I didn't exist. A lot of time could have been saved if the coding challenge was done first.
