HR approached me for Lead software engineer. After clearing two rounds . The hiring manager didnt join the 3rd round interview . I had joined and waited for 15 mins. And HR stopped responding to my emails and not answering my phone calls. Please be professional and give some respect to the engineers who take time to prepare and attending the interview. The company has all the rights to reject any candidate but be professional . this Happened twice to me , Once in couple of years back and now

2 system design rounds, each with a higher level engineer.
The leetcode questions went for basic stack and tree DS only.
The system design rounds were for log system.
Process is very smooth , it takes 2 week to complete
