Friendship Manor interview questions

Very short and easy; just basic questions about yourself and your abilities. The only requirement was a high school diploma. The employer, either Gary or Cindy Cahoon, just asked questions like why you wanted to work there and what kind of job you wanted to do. They have openings for a day cook, evening cook, housekeeping, nurses aide, activity director.

Called friend currently working there to see if there were any job openings in specific department. She told me what was open. She told me she is not involved in hiring process. Referred me to DON. She referred me back to Department Manager for interview. That person unaware of this. Told to come in anyway.
