It felt as though the interviewer was more focused on themselves rather than genuinely getting to know me. The interviewer was more interested in lecturing than listening. I felt my soft skills were so unappreciated, and I was often dismissed. I would have appreciated it more if they had rejected me during the CV screening. There was a lack of active listening and respect for my time, which made the whole process feel like a waste. Additionally, it seemed like the interviewer was unclear about their expectations and the realities of the job market, making their demands feel excessive, or maybe it's just my overthinking. I could sense poor management, as there was a lack of effective division of labor and role clarity. Overall, it was not a positive experience. Genuinely, I do not wish to pursue this opportunity further, but good luck in finding the right candidate.

The interview at Kwong Tong was particularly concerning. Despite being contacted via WhatsApp at Sunday form HR for the interview, the location was inconveniently far from any MTR station. While you met the boss directly, who spent considerable time discussing the business, the company appeared to lack proper structure. Their unprofessional approach was further evident when they failed to respond to your follow-up message.
