Got a call a couple days after I applied online to set up an in-person interview. Lady on the phone was nice and communicative. Not the most flexibility on times to meet (ended up being at the end of the workday only). Interview was with DO and pretty informal. We talked a lot about hunting. Was told I would hear back no matter what the decision was, However, they were crickets after I left. I reached back out to them but was never answered. Don't say you're not "That Company" and that you call back when you don't. It just makes you look bad. I would pass on working for this company.
