I cycled through 5 supervisors who would gauge my personality, salesmanship, general education, and ability to communicate effectively. The second interview was more intense one on one classical interview questions such as strengths/weakness etc.

Interview
Group interviews that asks a group on 35 4 questions. The host has each person to read an answer from on question they answered. The selection is made afterwards and applications are sent out based on people selected.
