Prior to employment - Superb! The hiring manager was extremely knowledgeable about the market and the direction of the sales team. 1 phone interview, 1 live interview with the GM, and 1 live interview with the RSM.
For me it was a relatively easy process. I had previous experience with my hiring manager, so the process and steps were simplified. I only interviewed with one person, in addition to the recruiter.

Nightmare from start to finish. Zero transparency throughout the process. The folks working in sales were a delight however, it felt like it was the HR's team first time working through interviews. If you work with Danny LeGris expect an awful process. Zero communication from start to finish, If that is the first impression of the company, it was a very bad look.

Difficult interview for the amount of money they’re offering. went thru a couple interviews for the 60k they’re offering. I would under stand the interview process if they were offering over 100k but to be intensely interviewed over 60k is insane.
