The interview felt quite unstructured and unprofessional. There was no clear explanation of responsibilities, no real discussion about teaching methods, and no follow-up afterwards. Overall, I got the impression that they were unsure of what they were looking for, since I was asked whether I would consider a different position than the one I had actually applied for.
