Full Fabric reached out to me directly on LinkedIn about the AE Italy role. From the very first message, HR told me the salary range was €60–80k (50/50 OTE). I made it clear that I was aiming for the higher end, and was told the final number would depend on how well I performed in the interviews. After completing every stage and receiving very positive feedback, I was shocked to be offered only €65k fixed. When I questioned this, HR had no explanation, and the Head of Sales told me that €65k was actually the maximum they could offer. This was the exact opposite of what I had been told earlier, and clearly showed poor internal communication and lack of transparency. I said I would take a few days to consider the offer. Then, completely out of the blue, I received an email saying the offer was withdrawn because I had “missed the deadline.” The issue is: no deadline was ever communicated to me at any point. This has never happened to me before in any recruitment process. They contacted me, wasted my time, and demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism and internal alignment. I would strongly advise candidates to be very cautious when interviewing with Full Fabric.
