Fund for the Arts interview questions

While the first 2 interviews went well, they did blindside me with interviewing the entire office when I only expected to meet more people. I think it’s more professional to let the candidate know ahead of time. The final interview nearly took two hours and meeting that many people without warning is a grueling experience.
