It was 3 phased and pretty interesting. The recruitment was mixed, virtual and physical. The first stage was the direct unit, then the second with the CEO. Lastly you meet with the management team.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fundall (Lagos) in Mar 2022
Interview
My CV was received and I was invited for an interview for the role of product marketing manager. My expertise (demand generation) and work experience was very clearly communicated in my CV. I arrived and was told it was a sales role with targets to close customer accounts. Pretty certain the word ‘sales’ (sales enablement) doesn’t appear more than once in my CV. I’m convinced nobody in the hiring team knows what product marketing or demand generation means kmt.

Interview

They advertised for a Junior role but excepted VP skills. First stage was with HR and the product team I guess. I didn’t proceed after that as I had to send an email before getting feedback
