      Software Developer Interview

      Jan 15, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Auckland, Auckland
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Fusion5 (Auckland, Auckland) in Jan 2017

      Interview

Initial interview conclusion - manager doesn't know what to do to fullfill their job/kpis and progress the so called non existent "team", there were no real processes in place for anything, answers were "yeah that's a good idea maybe we could impliment something like that". Secondary interview - person to be working with felt like I was obvious competition and tried making the easiest of coding tasks seem complex amongst the other interviewers yet had less in depth coding knowledge upon initial conversation, very acidic work environment iminent with that person, the company is obviously looking for university leavers taking up minimum wage whilst advertising for premium to then "succumb" to their/this persons seniority within the company.
