FuturLab interview questions

This was an initial screening interview. Went through basic questions, such as what do you know about the company, where I am currently based etc, where I have worked in the past, questions where there is no right or wrong answer basically. Was not asked any pertinent questions relating to the role, which is fine as it was a get to know you, and a quick 15 minute interview which stated that you did not need to prepare anything beforehand. I was not put through to the main interview thereafter, receiving a generic "other candidates were more suitable for the role, due to their experience" email, which was unfair as I did not speak about or get asked about my experience in depth. Leaves me thinking I wasn't put forward due to a more personal feeling or preference rather than a professional one, overall it is just inconsiderate.
