I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Future Electronics
Interview
Not technical whatsoever. Fairly straightforward. It’s a sales-based role more than a design role, so be conscious of that. Naturally, they will test to see what kind of personality you have and if you’re even willing to do technical sales in the first place. They may also tell you they’re going to make you an offer after passing all rounds, and completely do a 180 and go with someone else while stringing you along as they did to me.

Describe your experience with engineering and sales.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Future Electronics (Munich, Bavaria) in Jan 2018
Interview
Started with a phone interview with a headhunter. This was followed by an in-person interview with the department head at the company in Munich, Germany, followed by a phone interview with another department head from France. The whole communication between te company and myself went through the headhunter.

Question 1
Can you elaborate what you have done in this project?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Future Electronics (Tampa, FL) in Aug 2014
Interview
A lengthy process of over 2 months of individual calls and conference calls. Only 1 face to face meeting before signing on. Basically talking to the local hierarchy about experience, personality, and potential scenarios as an FAE. Talked to Outside Sales, GM of Branch, GM of Region, and VP of region before getting an offer. Not much negotiation room on salary. I was also encouraged to talk to currently employed FAE's of the company and even former employees.
