There was an HR interview first. Then they sent me a home task, like creating a frontend app with React that consumes a API they have. I have finished it and sent it. Since then they have never wrote me back with neither positive nor negative feedback.

Two phone call with the HR person followed by an Assignment. The HR persons response is almost immediate as if you are the main and only candidate applying for the role. Then there's an interview with two employees. I recommend you research your interviewers to know your audience and not go over their head with research processes, methodology and techniques.
