G-Tec Education interview questions

Traveled all the way from Chennai for an interview at GTech what an experience! Three whole rounds, just to be told in the end that I have “attitude” and apparently I wouldn’t stick around long if selected. Impressive how they can read minds now! If they were so sure I wasn’t a fit, why not reject me in the first round and save everyone’s time? But no why miss the chance to waste a candidate’s effort and travel? Truly a masterclass in how not to conduct interviews. 🙃

straightforward, insightful, fairly easy, respectful. interview started on time and they spoke about the role really well. I was asked why I need this job. Salary also was discussed, interview went well.
