Interview
I had 1 interview first with the hiring manager, and then I had 1 more interview with 2 of the managers of the team. The 2nd phase interview is the one that the bottom questions are referring to, I found the first interview to be fairly easy and straight forward.

Question 1
They asked items such as:
- Tell us how you would handle a situation where a client is particularly agitated
- Tell us how you think your experience or skills would lead you to be a valuable asset in this position
- Tell us why you decided to come into this position
One I did not expect - Tell us about a time you did not meet metrics in your current position, and what you did about it? (I was employed while interviewing, but they may ask it about your past.)

Interview
Submitted resume online a couple weeks ago. I received a phone call from a recruiter to schedule a phone interview. I completed this and was scheduled for an in person interview with a panel of 4 leads and manager. I thought the interview went well. This was 2 days ago and I haven't heard anything. I didn't have contact info for the manager's I interviewed with, so I sent a thank you email to the recruiter and asked that she forward the attached letter to the managers. I received a follow up email from the recruiter with confirmation that my thank you letter was sent and I should know the outcome of the interview by the end of the week. I will say that the team I met with was very down to Earth and I wasn't as nervous as I would usually be. We started with me speaking about my previous role and then transitioned into some behavioral questions.
**Update - I received an offer 4 days later contingent upon background and drug screening. I am soooooo excited.
