The interview was extremely technical. Two people interviewed me. One of them didn't talk at all, was just typing on the computer the whole time.
Very awkward interview, it felt like a test on PMBOK concepts. It was straight questions for about an hour.
Didn't ask me anything about my previous experience or more behavioral questions. It was purely technical.
Called by recruiter. We did a phone screen. He said I would hear back by the end of the week. He left me a message and when I called back he ghosted me.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GCI (Anchorage, AK) in May 2019
Interview
A leadership committee of three interviewed me for about an hour. Questions were a mix of hypothetical situations, company oriented questions, and leadership style / personality and how they applied to past experiences.
