    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at GDH Consulting in February 2017.

    Interview

Received an e-mail from an internal recruiter at one of their Texas offices. I applied for a position in Oklahoma but he was the first point of contact. We set up a time to have a 30 minute phone interview. The thirty minute phone interview went well. He then said I need to make a video answering a few questions and send it in before they decided if they wanted to continue on with the interview process. So, I sent in a video. Then I was contacted by the hiring manager in the Oklahoma office I had applied to. We had about a 15-30 minute phone interview. I did not make it the next step because they wanted someone who would want to advance into a sales role in the future. I told them that I was not looking to advance into sales. However, I was told at the beginning of the interview process that the final step would be to come in to have a face to face meeting and to speak with current employees.

    Interview

Met for a next-day interview (in person) and then visited the branch for a tour, interviewed with three people and shadowed a recruiter. Didn't really ask much about past experiences or any questions at all, it was mostly me asking questions to all.
