Interview
1st: Phone Interview by recruiter.
General questions like your experiences, why you want to join the company, what do you understand about the job description.
2nd: Panel Interview
Face-to-face interview with hiring manager and team lead. Some personality fit type of questions; strengths/weakness, challenges faced and how they were overcome etc
Followed by technical questions related to the field you are applying for.
3rd: Phone Interview
This is conducted by the HR manager. It's a casual interview and more of like an assessment of your personality.

Entrevistas técnicas de alto nivel debido a la complejidad de la labor que se desarrolla dentro del centro de ingeniería, Es muy importante tener conocimiento de Mecanica, Termica, Termodinamica, asi como de temas de GDT.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GE in Aug 2023
Interview
First they took a written test which consisted of aptitude and technical questions. Then they took two technical interviews and one HR interview. They focused on the basics of engineering. Interviews were not that difficult.
