Interview
The interviewer was courteous, started off asking what we knew about the company to see if we had prepared at all - if you didn't, you don't stand a chance. But if you did, they were understanding, particularly knowing it was most people's first interview process. They asked a couple of questions but nothing out of the ordinary.

Tell me about yourself, and several technical questions related to my major and projects, they peppered me on specifics, but were extremely professional about it, the interview took around 20 minutes

The interview consisted of 5 behavioral questions (tell me a time when...). It is clear when you walk in the door whether you are being seriously considered as a candidate.

Tell me a time when you faced a difficult challenge and explain how you overcame that challenge.
The interview process went very smoothly. I was asked some basic questions at first and introduced myself. I then was asked some situational type questions. The interview was around an hour long.
