I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at GE (Erie, PA) in Jun 2018
Interview
Pretty chill process, mostly behavioral. The first phone call was a screening and review of my resume. The second call was talking with the Engineering manager and discussed some things I did in school and discussed the position itself. The on-site was meeting up with the rest of the team and was mostly behavioral. Not too difficult but at the same time, you should still know your stuff as in my case, there was one interviewer out of the five who was more technical and asked about projects.
