I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GE
Interview
The hiring process for the Edison Program can vary if you've been an intern or coming in from the outside. In my case, I was hired directly after my internship. The interview was pretty straight forward with a behavioral session, a presentation of my internship work, and a couple meetings with management. The most important part is to do well on the internship. If a manager want to hire someone, then the internship is more like the job interview (kind of the way it really should be).
