Initial interview with HR, skills assessment test, second interview with HR, third interview with Test management, drug test. After starting there are performance reviews every six months to show where you can improve and whatnot.

It was good. Asked questions about my past and explained what it is that they do. Explained all aspects of my previous job duties and how it can relate to the position applied for.
