Phone call interview with human resources personel to talk about the jobs details and the company and job position requirements to fullfill
Technical interew with different teams to test your personal mechanical engineering backgraound and knowledge to be suitable for the job title.

It started with high pressure for me later when they started asking questions it eased out for me. A Very formal and smooth interview with difficult and normal questions related to my job.

After speaking with a recruiter a few times I had one very long interview with 4 different members of the team. The interview lasted 3 and a half hours over zoom which I was not prepared for.
