Interview
After applying online, I was contacted for an on-campus interview. They did a good job of making sure on-campus interviewers were alumni from my school, which made it great to get to talk to someone who has a bit more insight on my experiences and could relate those with OMLP and GE in general.
A week later, they sent me an email letting me know that they were interested in a final interview with me. The final interview was 1 1/2 days long and included an information session, an opportunity to meet current program members, and a set of five 30-minute behavioral interviews. I was pleasantly surprised by how laidback and casual the dinner reception and information session were on the first night. Everyone involved was willing to answer any questions that arose, and you could tell they were truly interested in getting to know the candidates.
The one-on-ones were conducted by the OMLP Program Manager, an HR representative, and three managers that work with OMLPs. They all asked behavioral questions. Some were easier than others, but just be yourself and answer questions honestly.
During the interview process, they were upfront and made it clear that the program is intensive and challenging but also emphasized that program members reaped many benefits (development opportunities, room for growth, diverse experience, and community to name a few).

Tell me about a time when you had a to make a difficult decision with a lot of data/information, and what did you do?
A video interview featuring a series of questions on knowledge and situational scenarios, specifically focusing on lean supply chain management, efficiency improvements, waste reduction strategies, and optimizing logistics and inventory processes.
Full day interview session, with a final PPT pitch to a group of managers. Three individual interviews and one final interview with group where you have to give an exec type presentation. Purpose is to evaluate your presentation skills. Met a career fair and got flown down for the interview. Had one night of socializing with the team before the interview/

Interview
It was a two step process for me. First, an in person career fair and then a long zoom call with multiple individuals. The career fair was a brief ~30 min and I heard the next day that I would be getting a longer interview to follow.
