Interview
I got an interview through a recruiter and did a video interview through Microsoft Teams. I thought the interview went well, and the position seemed similar to my current job, so I thought I had good answers to all the questions. I was surprised that they did not decide to move forward. After the interview the recruiter told me that the hiring manager thought I would be a better fit for a project engineer and set up an interview for it.
