Interview process was very “normal” with an email, pre-screened interview, and followed up with an in-person interview.
My biggest complaint was the recruiter lied about the salary potential. He said there was a base plus commission and you could make between 50 and 60k per year. When i interviewed with the HR rep she said it was a base plus bonus. So not only is it impossible to make any more than the base plus bonus, but both of those combined are LESS than his initial 50 to 60k. Why lie about the salary potential? Or does he just have no clue? In either case, super unprofessional.

Question 1
I have over 150 applicants, why should i hire you?
We will make sure to ensure the recruiter gives more accurate information. The bonuses for this and many positions at GPS Insight are very often greater than the target bonus communicated, and after some time, there is profit sharing which is given to employees based on time with the company, base salary, and performance. These two things make the potential for this position very easily in that range, but not immediately.

Application
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GPS Insight (Scottsdale, AZ) in Jun 2018
Interview
It was alright, I submitted my resume on LinkedIn and someone called back within the week. I had two interviews, one with who would be fellow AMs and then with leadership.
