I applied online. I interviewed at GQR Global Markets (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2015
Interview
The phone interview was about 15 minutes long. Just basic questions, what you know about the company, recruitment and the growth process. The person I spoke with was very stuck up and seemed like speaking with me was the worst part of the day and they would rather be doing anything else. Not a very friendly and accepting vibe. I was invited to the next stage of in person interviews but I decided to move on from this company.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GQR Global Markets (New York, NY) in Jul 2015
Interview
Phone call with someone in a different office, behavioral interview with 3 people onsite, then a 20 minute presentation and questioning. The call was casual and fine, the behavioral interview was also a normal interview. The presentation was a lot of work, and you're expected to know a lot of things that an entry level hire might not know.
