got an email within 1 hour of applying requesting an interview. Interview went ok but I could tell the recruiter was junior. Shame on recruiters and potential employers for setting up a false expectation, then ghosting you.

HR interviewer was really junior and promised I would get news to move on to the next round to meet with upper management in the coming days.
This job posting has been up for 2 months and they still haven't found their candidate!
