GSP Finance interview questions

Met with the founder and then the current Chief of Staff to review the position, responsibilities, and expectations moving forward. The position did not have a formal write up of the duties and the current Chief of Staff just performed duties as they were required. It had never put into any written form for the incoming person to follow. They were a growing startup and adjusting as needed.
