Eine Rückmeldung nach der Bewerbung kam nach ca. 3 Wochen. Beim Gespräch selbst, musste ich nicht lange warten. Das Gespräch fand nur mit dem Teamleiter statt, der anscheinend noch nie so ein Gespräch geführt hat. Es kamen keinerlei Rückfragen. Seine soziale Kompetenz war nicht vorhanden, wodurch das Gespräch ziemlich unangenehm war. Nach dem Gespräch konnte ich überhaupt nicht einschätzen, ob es gut lief oder schlecht, auch wenn ich am Ende eine Zusage bekam.

How do you manage multiple projects with varying deadlines?
Pre Interview on the phone. Then Set up a Zoom call with a follow up over email afterwords. Was quick and to the point, and they asked good questions and explained the role.
