GU interview questions

I dedicated several weeks to thoroughly prepare for the interview, conducting extensive research on the brand's upcoming directions, visions, and strategy. I also conducted a comprehensive audit of their social and digital channels. During the interview, I shared an in-depth analysis of the market landscape and went beyond providing basic recommendations. I proposed strategies that had the potential to elevate the brand and drive business growth. Additionally, I suggested innovative tech solutions to further enhance their eCommerce business. Despite my efforts, I received feedback that I lacked passion, which was surprising given the level of engagement I demonstrated throughout the interview. The interview itself was quite one-sided, with minimal input or interaction from the interviewer's end, making it one of the most uninteractive interviews I have experienced, especially considering it was for an international company.
