Interview
- I applied for the job and they wrote to me
- I did a 2h online technical test. There was a big part based on Java, both theory and practice, but there was also a C++ part
- The next step was meant to be a 1h in person interview with a Lead Programmer but they cancelled it less than 1 day after being scheduled

Question 1
Several intermediate level Java programming exercises such as: bit-level transformations or string compression, graphics/geometry exercises and basic theory questions about Java. I was also asked some C++ questions even the position didn't require C++ explicitly.
