I interviewed with GameMano, and it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had with any company.
During the technical round, I was asked several scripting questions and even had to write multiple scripts on the spot. The interview lasted almost an hour, and everything went well — the interviewer seemed genuinely impressed with my answers and communication.
However, the real issue started afterward. The HR initially gave positive signals, but then completely ghosted me. No updates, no responses, no closure — nothing. Despite multiple follow-ups, they never cared to reply. Unfortunately, this isn’t just my experience; I’ve learned that they have done this to many candidates.
For a company to treat candidates this way is extremely unprofessional. It was honestly the worst interview experience I’ve ever had. Companies should value candidates’ time and effort, but sadly, GameMano clearly does not.

Overall, it was a nice experience. However, I believe they should focus more on theoretical questions related to Node.js, JavaScript, and backend architecture, rather than primarily evaluating candidates through coding challenges.

There were 2 technical rounds . First one focused on knowledge in unity in which the interviewer asked basic question in unity engine and other was based on coding and problem solving skills.
