Did not really enjoy the interview. The hiring manager seems intense and tend to call you out on the spot. I told the recruiter immediately it wasn't the right fit after the interview.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gametime United
Interview
Initial HR interview was told the interview process would be an interview with CFO (Hiring Manager), then 3 more rounds of interviews with various members of the FP&A / Finance and Accounting Team.
CFO was a typical Tech Bro Dbag, played mind games in the interview, was unprofessional, asked various questions about employment, pushing boundaries regarding a personal issue, asked to provide a fake 3-minute analysis, and asked me to present incorrect data from a Lyft report, the tried to make it my fault for not walking through the analysis correctly and suggested I find a lower paying easy job.

Had a great interview - was told that if I didn’t hear back in a while- not to panic .
Radio silence for two months. Followed up with the recruiter 2-3x.
Pro tip: maintain the same amount of communication throughout all phases of the interview process
