Interview
I had a short interview by phone and then I had a second interview in the store. They asked me a few question and then I had a training with the managers and co-workers about sales.
While it took awhile to get an interview, the process was easy once it was started. I was asked a few questions about my experience and even though I did not have much, I was able to get a position.

Zoom call with various questions and an overview of my resume and general questions about my resume and experience, followed by an in-call offer and orientation details. The entire call lasted about thirty minutes and was very simple.
