Prescreening by phone interview by HR specialist. Expect calls to references listed. Thorough background check - must fill in all gaps in employment and places of residence. Interview - 1 panel - was comfortable and not too challenging. If you have demonstrated experience turning around poor morale in work group, this will be a plus. Employee morale very low.

Interview
I Sat down with two of three interior managers they asked me basic questions focused around leading teams this was following a preliminary phone interview with a separate person. Overall not a challenging interview and a very welcoming company.
