First round was an online test on TestGorilla which I found challenging but not too difficult. Second round was an interview with the CEO/Founder. The conversation was very unpleasant. Not sure why I was chosen to have the interview, when the CEO was doubting my qualifications for the internship and did not seem interested in talking to me. One of the worst interview experiences I had.

Question 1
How do you outperform other candidates?
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
What would be your ideal job?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gauder (Berlin) in Oct 2025
Interview
I was sent to an online assessment with some numerical, business judgement and procurement related questions. After passing the assessment, the first round of interview is with CEO/Founder, I asked a questions about why this position has been re-opened, the answer gave a little clue that they have been through a few candidiates and nobody fulfilled their expectations, as a small start-up, the high rotation of candidates hurts. I think they also are search ideas what kind of profile would fit better and the best.
