Gehtsoft USA interview questions

Long and confusing interview process, they give you psychological tests, strange general questions, do not give you a description of the functionality and understanding of which product to work with and how exactly they would be analase your perfomance. In general, it feels like a "screen" for seriousness face like a bigtech company, within a small business dna in a fact. I think the real pro's don't want to waste their time on this. P.S. It looks like they're just trying to sell your time to some customer, meaning they're not really responsible for anything.

1st video call with a Recruiter and 2nd one with a Company founder, very quick feedback and offer, but I would not recommend to accept the offer from GS, the worst company culture ever
