Interview
Very straight forward. It was post graduation so the process was fair based on having no experience. A contact was made by a recruiter and then interview was set with the unit manager.
Short and interesting. We did not speak about my previous job but what qualifications i had. How did i feel about diversity and inclusion. How my work as a nurse contributes to the health care delivery as a whole
