Gems TV interview questions

My interview was very laid back, i felt a bit overdressed in a suit, but something smart would probably go over well none the less. I was offered the job at the end of the interview. Felt like they'd made their mind up from my CV and Cover letter. I also think time was factor so it may be more formal usually.
