Phone screen with hiring manager after a resume review. The goal was to get the candidate list down to approximately 4 candidates. Scheduled for 30 to 45 minutes. Interviewer was friendly , but it mostly focused on hard stills.

Interview
The interview process was profession, well organized and efficient. Thought was put into interviewers. Follow up and understanding where I was in the process was consistently communicated. Not sure what else could have been improved.
