Interview was scheduled for a whole day from 9am to 3pm. Interview included an hour of sas test. The process of getting an interview can range from 6 months to 2 years. Recruiters call you for an interview and than there is no follow up for like 6 months. Its almost like they don't give a damn about following up with the candidate. Recruiters all don't bother to inform the interviewer about the hiring managers decision after the interview Overall a very lethargic HR group.
