The interview process was very structured. I went through a couple of phone interviews; one with the PM and another with the Task manager. It was definitely a process that worked as within a week I was called in for an in-person interview -- which was setup by the recruiter. The in-person interview went great as it hit on exactly what was advertised in the job description so I was comfortable going into the interview.
