HR Recruiter reached out via e-mail to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was with 2 people, one of whom was an engineer. They asked me some technical questions about coursework and prior co-op placements and personal projects. I was then asked further elaborate what problems I ran into during this work, and what was done to circumvent these issues. As well as asked more typical "soft skill" HR related questions.
