What a weird interview process for an executive level role. I'm used to an initial HR/recruiter discussion to see if our goals are aligned, but it never happened. It was only a contact to say we want to interview you. Fast forward to the second interview and I'm told I will hear by the end of the week. A month goes by and I receive an email that I wasn't selected. No phone call or any discussion. This was an executive level role, not a small deal. I feel like I dodged a bullet with this company.
